Sundays have kinda become the designated swimming day for the boy & I. He's making it a point to swim regularly now. I love my house and HDB flats in general, but the only reason why I really want to stay in a condo now is because of the facilities!!! Pool & Gym, please!

A compulsory school trip saw me coming to school at 7.45am on a Friday, only to wait an hour for the bus, and then sit through another hour on the journey to the Changi Naval Base. We were attending the Navy Open House 2010.
We only had an hour at the area, which was really a pity since the traveling time took so long. Might as well make us stay longer since we're there already, no?

We decided to tour the BIGGER warship, but found out that the interior would be the same after going on. But we caught sight of a helicopter so we lingered around.
Headed back to school and we all had our individual plans until it was time to meet up with Wenmei and Violet!

Great disappointment because our favourite ramen store RAN OUT OF BEEF? Headed to the graffiti cafe at the basement of FEP instead.

Did our usual roam around Orchard before grabbing food and just catching up :)
p/s: Am trying to make it a note to take more landscape photos because I find it weird how my portrait photos don't fit within the browser frame! :( Anyone else thinks it's weird?

Finally changed my layout! I admit it's not as "clean" and the codes are kinda messy, but my face is constantly on the page even as you scroll and read my updates so I LOVE IT! I also designed it myself :)

So Cheryl & I finally got down to taking our programme photos last Thursday. We went crazyyyy! We kept insisting that we had to be the duo with the most photos, but eventually Lynno and Benny still beat us anyway :(


& of course, the fun times. I brought two pairs of eyewear as props for the shoot. It included a pair of printed-eyes-specs that I bought from a prank shop in Taiwan. Here's the most-liked photo in the album when I posted it up on Facebook.
Rushed down to town to meet my darling Sophia. We had a great catch up session and the girl bought me yogurt! Was super craving Yami but by the time we got there it was sold out! :(
Mondays are long school days for me, but only because I have a 6 hour break. Last week, I decided to follow Trecia, Violet and Wenwen as they had a focus group to attend.
We bought Koi bubble tea then hung around Central until it was 7pm, and time for Chinese class. I realised I've changed my mindset towards taking Chinese Presentation as a module. I used to be soooo embarrassed to share my elective combination, but now I'm really fine with it.

I don't really see it helping me yet, but it's really fun and stress-free so far. The only downside would be that it's the reason why I end school at 9pm, two days in a row.

Did a voiceover project for *Scape (the same day Copeland had their "secret" performance!). It was for Avatar Mum, an initiative for parents to be more aware of what their children are up to and the dangers they face on the web. I was supposed to be a robot so I was mainly... monotonous. HAHAHA Video is now up on Facebook!

Year 3 is really no joke! Rushed over to Jane's place to complete Masina (Mass Media in Singapore and Asia) proposal on a Sunday as it was due that night. It's a good thing and a bad thing the deadline got extended to 1159 that day. Being the procrastinators and perfectionists that we were, we kept typing and editing the report and finally submitted about 10 minutes before deadline.

Which also meant I had to cab home with a midnight surcharge :(
I was surrounded by 5 really cute and friendly cats and that was the only happy part of doing the report. Oh, and please check out the ultra cute banana stand.


Wonderwool has been open for quite a while now, but the official party was on 8th May. I went to catch an early movie with wern before work that day :)

I also befriended a really lovely girl and blogger who was invited to cover the event.

Oh & speaking about movies. The boy and I somewhat intentionally headed to a GV theatre to watch a show so that we could catch the Scape cinematic trailer, but I STILL HAVEN'T WATCHED IT YET!

I know my sis, rachel, keann, tai and others have though! I'm half anticipating and half in fear to catch myself on the big screens, because I look like that...
